"Tom is a perfectionist and his staff are the same. This was very obvious when he did the first measure up for the quotation. He's a 'measure twice - cut once' sort of guy. The work is perfect and nothing was too much trouble. Their office communication with us was very good, the builders were very careful about end of day clean ups and Tom was vigilant about progress inspections. The work was quite complicated being an old Queenslander but their restoration was perfect...Thank you all so much - you are stars!"
