The Building Approval and Building Certification Process
Not sure if you even need building approval? We are here to help. Greenrock Building can help guide you through this aspect of your renovations. We have worked with dozens of building certifiers here on the Sunshine Coast so if you already have an established relationship with one then please let us know and we are happy to work with them.
If you don’t already have a certifier in place we are happy to talk to you about what role the building certifier plays in your home renovation project and how to choose one. Or, if you are already overwhelmed with it all, we are happy to simply take care of all this for you.
Renovating your Investment Property on the Sunshine Coast
Not a Sunshine Coast resident? Greenrock Building has been a trusted home renovation builder here on the Sunshine Coast for over 10 years. On many occasions, property investors live out of state or even out of the country. In these instances we have virtual systems in place so owners can see schedules and progress photos while works are underway.
If you have a property manager looking after your investment, we are more than happy to work with your property manager. Property managers are the feet on the ground and know what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to rental properties.
