QBCC Home Warranty Claims
In 2015, we began working with the QBCC on their Home Warranty Scheme claims completing both defect as well as non completion claims. These claims require forensic like examination to understand what went wrong and why. As a result we’ve teamed up with numerous experts in the industry and our knowledge has grown exponentially.
We feel the combination of mature systems to support the claim life cycle and in depth knowledge of repair methods gives us an edge on our competitors. Using our established trades, we remain focused on SE QLD and maintain quality standards even during high volume events and catastrophes.

Greenrock is licensed to complete both residential and commercial building. We have processed thousands of claims since 2011 and continue to grow each year. Our systems have been designed to expand and contract to accommodate surge events without compromising our ability to service BAU and QBCC Home Warranty Claim Scheme Claims.
Our completed projects range in size and nature from small repairs to new multi million dollar buildings. We have experience with all types of claims – fire, water ingress, subsidence, cosmetic, hail and flood.
